Dan Hughes has lived, worked and raised his family in the Great State of California since 1999. Dan came west for a job, and found a home and a future in California.
Before becoming a business owner, Dan managed a factory in Orange County. Today, Dan is owner and CEO of a hospital services company based in San Diego that provides jobs for almost 100 employees throughout California.
As a businessman, Dan has balanced budgets, met payrolls and has grown revenues. Dan has traveled extensively and has seen working conditions in China and elsewhere. What he saw motivated him to grow his own company and provide jobs for Californians.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University in Flint, MI and his MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
Dan and his wife have four children ages 1 to 10. Dan has been actively involved in leadership positions within his church and the YMCA. Dan's philosophy has always been to give back to the community, especially when times are tough.
His successes, his hopes and dreams for his family and his community, coupled with his desire to serve Californians through inspiring people to adopt individual responsibility and personal accountability has energized Dan to represent all Californian's as a Candidate for the United States Senate.
